I grew up in Orange County, where I was surrounded by the world of musical theatre, dance, and visual arts. My love for human stories and understanding the emotional depth of characters I portrayed led me to pursue a BFA in Acting at Boston University. Afterward, I spent time in New York and New Mexico, chasing my theatre and acting dreams. However, when the pandemic hit and the industry shut down, I found myself drawn to a new path.
I began volunteering for RAINN’s crisis hotline and became a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. The fulfillment I felt from this work was undeniable, and it sparked a desire in me to go further in helping others. This led me to earn my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2024. During my time there, I began training at California Family Institute, working with community members in Orange County and discovering Narrative Therapy, which felt like a natural fit given my love of stories.
In my work as a therapist, I believe that every person I encounter has a unique and singular life experience. I see myself as a curious and nonjudgmental conversational partner, walking alongside my clients as they navigate their challenges and rewrite their narratives. My background as a creative artist allows me to bring a unique perspective to therapy. I incorporate art, creativity, and engaging questions into my approach, tailoring each session to meet the specific needs of the individuals and couples I work with.
Whether you're seeking individual counseling or couples counseling, I’m here to help you find deeper connections, understand yourself and others more fully, and create meaningful change in your life.

My Mission
Redefining Challenges, Celebrating Strengths
My mission is to provide compassionate and empowering therapy through the lens of social justice.
Embracing the principles of narrative therapy, I focus on non-pathologizing approaches by viewing problems as separate from people. I tend to see clients as experiencing troubles, not that they are troubled people. By externalizing challenges and exploring how cultural, gender, and socio-economic factors contribute to your experiences, we work together to reframe and reshape your narrative.
My goal is to connect you with your core values, uncover forgotten strengths and resiliencies, and foster a deeper understanding of your personal and relational experiences. Together, we’ll story a more just and inclusive perspective on your journey.
